possession and use of any item listed in this web catalog. Consult
local, state and federal laws before ordering. By placing an order,
the buyer represents that he/she is of legal age, without legal
disabilities, and that the products will be used only in a legal
and lawful manner.

Automatic
Knives require
a "Form 18" release
form on file before we may ship your order. Please download
and mail the form before ordering. No automatic knife order
will be processed without this form on file.
Restricted
Sale Products:
- Certain products
are not available for sale to the general public. These items have
stock numbers which end with an "X". Eligibility to purchase
restricted sale products varies, and is specified in each respective
product description. Sufficient documentation must be submitted with
order. (Purchase Orders from governmental agencies are exempt.) Please,
do not waste your time or ours by ordering an item which you are not
eligible to.
- We use the following
definition for a Law Enforcement Officer: A sworn commissioned police
officer with power of arrest employed by a governmental agency. Submit
either a photocopy of law enforcement I.D. or letter from department
confirming status. Subject to verification.

All
purchases made from our on-line auctions are final. No auction item
may be returned.

Most
items may be returned for a refund of the merchandise price less
a 20% restocking charge only if returned in original, undamaged,
readily resaleable condition within one week of receipt, except
as noted below. ALL RETURNS MUST have a "Return Authorization
Number". The invoice (or photocopy) must be included. Any
instruction sheets, literature and product packaging originally
supplied must be included in original, unmarked condition. Do not
use a product box as the outer shipping container.

The
following items are not returnable: Closeouts, videos, books, manuals,
software, custom-made items, climbing equipment (ropes, carabiners,
etc.), hygienic items, gas masks or gas mask filters, first-aid
or medical supplies, firearms, knives, or electronics. A book, video,
or software which has a physical defect may be returned for replacement
of identical title.
- No return of
items that have been altered, taken apart without approval, or attempted
repairs made without approval.

Since the shipper is responsible for loss or damage in transit,
we recommend that you ship via an insured method.
- A 20% restocking
charge will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost is

Firearms:

state and federal firearms regulations apply. We ship only
to federally licensed firearms dealers or governmental agencies.

A signed, original, current firearms license must be in our files
before we will ship any firearms. NO EXCEPTIONS

Class
3 (Title II) weapons must be transfered to a Class 3 dealer
in your state or may be transfered to a FFL tax paid. Call for
further information. We may know a Class 3 dealer in your area.

All
National Firearms Act rules apply.
- All goods shall
be considered to be delivered to the purchaser when they are placed
in the hands of carrier and consigned to the purchaser. CSF can not
accept responsibility for damage incurred after an appointed intermediary
has received the merchandise in good condition. All claims of loss,
damage or destruction must be made by the purchaser to the carrier.
FedEx includes $100.00 actual value insurance with their shipping
cost. Additional insurance is reasonably priced. USPS insurance is
optional. If you do not request insurance, do not expect us to replace
goods damaged in transit.

Credit card orders verified and charged upon order placement. West
Virginia residents add 6% sales tax to order total including shipping.

business checks or C.O.D. are NOT accepted.

Buyers:
We
no longer accept international orders, accept international payments
or ship to an international address. This includes Canada and Mexico
- Domestic orders
are shipped via FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail, depending upon
size and weight unless otherwise specified in the catalog. Orders
weighing 2 pounds or under will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please
provide an accurate street address for all shipments. FedEx Ground
will not ship to a PO Box. If you only have a PO box, we will ship
USPS Priority Mail.
- Please allow
up to 10 business days for normal ground delivery. We must have your
order placed before 11:00 AM EST to ship the same day via FedEx. Most
orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day if shipped
via USPS Priority Mail.
- All goods shall

on your shipment please state so when placing the order. Insurance
is optional and recommended.
- We value you
as a customer and will make every effort to keep you happy. However,
because we sell only highly specialized, unique or unusual items,
we can make NO WARRANTY whatsoever. Consequently, all sales are on
"AS-IS" basis. This means that the entire risk of quality
and performance is on you. Should any item prove defective after purchase,
you, not CSF or it's suppliers or manufactures, assume the entire
cost of repair or service. CSF will not be responsible for any incidental
or consequential damages including direct or indirect labor, taxes,
repair, medical or legal expenses in any way attributable to the use
or misuse of any item listed in this web catalog, in our retail store,
or sold at shows, or to the delay or inconvenience caused by the necessity
of replacing or repairing any such item.
- CSF warrants
goods to be free from defects to the best of our knowledge and as
advertised at time of shipment. Specific manufacturer warranty details,
if any, will be included with the product, if applicable.
- Neither CSF nor
it's suppliers or manufactures may be held responsible for customer
use or misuse of merchandise. Furthermore, CSF will not assume any
liability for and will not pay you for any injuries caused to you
or others by any use, misuse, failure to perform, modification, redesign,
or alteration of our products.
- We can not repair
or make adjustments on used goods. Such goods should be returned directly
to the factory or authorized service center for repair, adjustment,
or replacement.
- Warranties, if
applicable, are non transferable.
