Send an e-mail message [email protected] with your list of items and include your credit card numbers, shipping address, and telephone number. A payment receipt will be sent to you.

To place your order by mail:
Complete our Printable Order Form, and mail it to: Culpepper's Specialty Firearms, PO Box 636, Dunbar, West Virginia 25604 USA. Complete all information requested on our order forms so as to insure prompt and accurate handling.

• We will not ship orders that total less than $15.00 in merchandise. CDs are an exception.

PRIVACY
Your privacy is guaranteed when doing business with CSF because we will never sell, rent, loan, or otherwise use or disclose your personal information to any other person or business. Our Printable Order Form insures that your personal information will not be sent over the Internet. You simply mail it to us, or if you wish you can place your order over the phone by calling us at (304) 768-7645.

PAYMENT

• We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, US Postal Money Orders, and of course, cash. (Please do not mail cash) Credit card orders verified and charged upon order placement.
• West Virginia residents add 6% sales tax to order total including shipping.
• Personal checks, business checks, bank cashier's checks or C.O.D. are not accepted.
• Trades are welcomed.

SHIPPING

• Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail, depending upon size and weight whenever possible, unless otherwise requested, or specified in the catalog. Please provide an accurate street address for all shipments. FedEx will not ship to a PO Box. If you only have a PO box, we will ship US Postal Service Priority Mail.
  
• Please allow up to 10 business days for normal ground delivery. No shipment to PO boxes except via US Priority Mail.
• Shipments sent via US Mail due to Buyers request or necessitated by the lack of a FedEx deliverable address being provided are at the risk of the Buyer.
• Orders will be shipped by the least expensive method unless specified by the customer.
• Most orders received by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders must be received by 11:00 AM to ship the same day FedEx due to their pickup schedule.
• Please contact us for exact shipping cost. Some items have shipping cost listed.
• Orders paid with credit cards will be shipped to the card holder's billing address ONLY. If this is a problem please prepay order by alternate approved means.
• If you want insurance on your shipment please state so when placing the order. Insurance is extra, optional, and recommended.
• All goods shall be considered to be delivered to the purchaser when they are placed in the hands of carrier and consigned to the purchaser. CSF can not accept responsibility for damage incurred after an appointed intermediary has received the merchandise in good condition. All claims of loss, damage or destruction must be made by the purchaser to the carrier. FedEx includes $100.00 actual value insurance with their shipping cost. Additional insurance is reasonably priced. USPS insurance is optional and at an additional cost. If you do not request insurance, do not expect us to replace goods damaged or lost in transit.

RETURNS

• All purchases made from our on-line auctions are final. No auction item may be returned.
• Most items may be returned for a refund of the merchandise price less a 20% restocking charge only if returned in original, undamaged, readily resellable condition within one week of receipt, except as noted below. ALL RETURNS MUST have a "Return Authorization Number". The invoice (or photocopy) must be included. Any instruction sheets, literature and product packaging originally supplied must be included in original, unmarked condition. Do not use a product box as the outer shipping container.
• The following items are not returnable: Closeouts, videos, books, manuals, software, custom-made items, climbing equipment (ropes, carabiners, etc.), hygienic items, first-aid or medical supplies, gas masks or filters, firearms, knives, or electronics. A book, video, or software which has a physical defect may be returned for replacement of identical title.
• No return of items that have been altered, taken apart without approval, or attempted repairs made without approval.
• Address for returns: PO Box 636, Dunbar, WV 25064. Do not ship COD. Since the shipper is responsible for loss or damage in transit, we recommend that you ship via an insured method.
• A 20% restocking charge will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping cost is not refundable.

WARRANTIES ON MERCHANDISE: "AS IS"

• We value you as a customer and will make every effort to keep you happy. However, because we sell only highly specialized, unique or unusual items, we can make NO WARRANTY whatsoever. Consequently, all sales are on "AS-IS" basis. This means that the entire risk of quality and performance is on you. Should any item prove defective after purchase, you, not CSF or it's suppliers or manufactures, assume the entire cost of repair or service. CSF will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including direct or indirect labor, taxes, repair, medical or legal expenses in any way attributable to the use or misuse of any item listed in this web catalog, in our retail store, or sold at shows, or to the delay or inconvenience caused by the necessity of replacing or repairing any such item.
• CSF warrants goods to be free from defects to the best of our knowledge and as advertised at time of shipment. Specific manufacturer warranty details, if any, will be included with the product, if applicable.
• Neither CSF nor it's suppliers or manufactures may be held responsible for customer use or misuse of merchandise. Furthermore, CSF will not assume any liability for and will not pay you for any injuries caused to you or others by any use, misuse, failure to perform, modification, redesign, or alteration of our products.
• We can not repair or make adjustments on used goods. Such goods should be returned directly to the factory or authorized service center for repair, adjustment, or replacement.
• Warranties, if applicable, are non transferable.

Prices are quoted on quantity requested, and are valid ONLY for that quantity. Dealer samples and/or orders for less than quoted quantity will be billed at full advertised price. No free samples!

MISCELLANEOUS

• CSF has taken great care and effort to provide accurate descriptions and illustrations of items available in our catalog. We cannot be held responsible for typographical errors and manufacturers' minor design, specifications and/or color changes. CSF makes every effort to maintain adequate stocks at all times. Many of our items are extremely difficult to obtain. If we cannot ship your order in a reasonable time, we will notify you. CSF stocks additional items in our store which are not listed on this website, due to limited quantities or availability. Call or e-mail us with your specific needs. CSF will not sell or use your personal information in any manner, other than to process your order or to receive periodic mailings from us.
